All my creations are freshly made, never frozen and I only use the highest quality ingredients, including free range eggs and butter.All my cakes are 4 layers on sponge with 3 layers on filing covered in either buttercream, ganache or fondant depending on your theme and personal preference. - Cupcakes with Custom Toppers:If cakes aren't your thing, why not have custom cupcakes specially designed for your themed event? Each guest can have their own mini decorated cake.Cupcakes can be plain or include toppers with minimum flavour batch of 12 per order.We specialise in 2 types of cupcake toppers: 1. Toppers which can be printed on edible paper and transferred to a fondant disc & placed on your cupcakes. These can be any image you wish - logo, photograph, online image or custom design.2. Toppers which are hand sculpted/moulded from fondant (edible sugar paste) into 2D or 3D items of your choosing. - Iced Biscuits:Iced biscuits are great for school birthdays, sweet tables and take home keepsake gifts. These can be any shape, size and theme.Biscuits are made with fresh ingredients and my icing is NOT made with raw egg white, but meringue power which is dried egg whites/actiwhite. This is healthier option to raw egg white. Iced biscuits need to be made 4-5 days before as the icing needs time to dry and set hard before sealed. The more details, the longer the drying time.These are individually sealed to stay fresh.Batch size is based on size of biscuits.
- Cake Pops & Cakesicles:If cakes, cupcakes and iced biscuits aren't your thing, why not try a cake on a stick, that's right... a Cake Pop or Cakesicle. These are the perfect combination of cake and icing shaped and dipped in chocolate. Cake me away was founded in 2019 when a love for desserts and creating memories was moulded into one.I always loved seeing the faces of my loved ones when they got a surprise, their whole face would light up with absolute joy and a memory was created. So I decided to put my love for desserts and that joyous feeling into this - Cakes. Every one loves cake or some form of dessert, specially kids and why not, why not make sure that every child gets that's absolute joy on their face for their birthday. So by creating a cake that's just for them - their favourite character, toy, animal... into something everyone can enjoy and eat!We specialize in making every events memorable with one of our custom creations.
